APOSTATES WITH TWO LEGSA symbol of relative conditions which are always short of the truth, as may be seen in the pairs of opposite qualities. "And the vigour of Azi Dahak (raging elephant) increases, the fetters being removed from his trunk, and his impetuosity remains; he swallows down the apostate on the spot, and rushing into the world to perpetuate sin, he commits innumerable grievous sins."- Bahman Yast, Ch. III. 57. S. B. of E.
