IABRAŌTH AND ADAMÁS

Symbols of the Divine principle and the lower principle, each ruling six out of the twelve divisions of the cycle of life. The six æons ruled by the Divine principle are represented by the six signs of the Zodiac above the lowest point, or first point of Libra. This path corresponds with the ascent of the Christ (sun) who triumphs in the sign Pisces,—emblem of the Saviour,—wherein the two (fish), the higher and the lower Selves, become One.

"The six Eons under Iabraōth have repented and practised the mysteries of Light, and have therefore been carried by Ieou to a pure atmosphere near the light of the Sun." — "Books of the Saviour," Pistis Sophia.

In the ascending cycle the qualities become purified. "Ieou" stands for the higher Triad which carries the risen or transmuted activities into the Higher Self (sun).
