TOKENS, FOUR SACRED
Symbols of aspiration.
“Noah carries the body of Adam into the Ark, his three sons
following with the four sacred tokens." - Book of the Conflicts of
Adam.
"Noah" stands for the sublimated "Adam"; he therefore carries his
old self into the Ark (soul-state), as it is only through its means
he rises. His "sons stand for the fruit of the affectional nature,
who willingly follow with the symbols of his aspiration. The "sacred
tokens" are Faith, Love, Wisdom, Power.
